As you plan and implement the tactics, ask what is working and what isn’t, review data points to see if change is occurring, and continue to listen to those around you. Make changes as needed so you can achieve your vision and goals. Stay in the mindset of consistent learning and growth. It’s never too late to do better. And every day is a chance for your organization to discover something new.
